David Kenna

Vice President, Program & Partner Management

As Vice President of Program & Partner Management, Mr. Kenna oversees customer and partner implementations and success. Internally, he leads and manages strategic SDLC delivery initiatives, tactical process optimization, and Program Management governance supporting and aligned to our enterprise-wide value-driven Agile philosophy. In this capacity, he develops and implements strategies to balance organizational growth and overall corporate goals. Externally, Mr. Kenna leads and owns driving success for our customers. Activities such as customer on-boarding, deployment, support services alignment, product adoption, client advocacy, and retention are the key components enabling customer value to be realized.

Previously, Mr. Kenna was the Head of Engagement for Verizon Location Services (VLS). In this role, he led and managed strategic initiatives and tactical process optimization, developing and implementing strategies to balance organizational growth and Verizon’s overall corporate goals. He led the VLS engagement organization that included the PMO, Marketing/Comms, Partner Management, Enterprise and Consumer CX teams driving a healthy and mission-focused culture that enabled attainment of business objectives.

Prior to Verizon, as Head of PMO and Partner Management at MapQuest (an AOL property), David built the PMO team, nurturing a collaborative environment to embed best practices, make best use of resources and provide transparency for ongoing organizational growth. In previous roles, David has led Business Development activities strategy supporting AOL Paid Services, Aol Membership Digital Storefront, and distribution strategy for MapQuest, Inc.

Mr. Kenna holds a B.S. and an M.B.A. from George Mason University, and a Diploma in Market Dynamics from Mansfield College, Oxford University.
