Bill Clark

Chief Marketing Officer

As Chief Marketing Officer, Mr. Clark leads all Marketing activities for QOMPLX and all of its lines of business on a global basis. He is responsible for managing all of the company’s go-to-market activities including market strategy, product marketing, communications, events, PR/analyst relations, and lead generation.

Mr. Clark is an accomplished technology business builder with 20 years of C-level executive experience at venture and PE-backed software companies in Silicon Valley and the east coast. During his executive tenure he has played pivotal roles in successful capital-raising, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, strategic partnerships, and an IPO.

He brings considerable data-analytics market experience in platforms and applications, having been a principal in the creation of the Analytic Applications software category while CMO at category-leader Hyperion Solutions. Mr. Clark also served as CMO at Mantas, the market-leading data-science application provider of anti-money laundering compliance solutions for major financial institutions, CMO at Deltek, the category leader in enterprise software solutions for project-focused businesses, and CEO of Savi Technology, a former wholly-owned subsidiary of Lockheed Martin that he successfully transformed into an independent pioneer in sensor-data analytics solutions.

Mr. Clark began his career at IBM, where he held a variety of sales, marketing, and leadership roles, and he was later recruited to JP Morgan as a Vice President in their Corporate Technology organization, supporting a number of their global trading businesses.

He holds a B.S. from Drexel University.
